We may automatically collect: Internet protocol (IP) address, device identifiers, browser or device information, cookie identifiers, mobile advertising IDs, general location information (derived from IP address or time zone), usage data, and Internet service provider information.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your activities within the Services. You may adjust your browser settings to refuse cookies; however, some features of the Services may not function correctly as a result.

1.3 Information from Third Parties

4. Children’s Privacy

KidsUp is a parenting app used by parents and legal guardians on behalf of their children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction).

Parents and guardians who provide information about their children represent and warrant that they are the lawful parent or guardian of the child and are authorized to provide such information. We handle all child-related data with heightened care and do not use it for advertising or third-party marketing purposes.
